Restoring a Landmark

As a staple of the downtown Springfield area, the Heer’s Building has a storied history. EPI helped renovate and restore the historic landmark. It now houses luxury condominiums for Springfield residents who look to live in the heart of the city.

Historical Living

We renovated the long-standing department store into a luxury living space with 80 apartments. Our CFS framing and finish work fused historical significance and modern design into an exceptional living space.

Vantage Rooftop Lounge

The modern aesthetic and upscale experience make the Hotel Vandivort and Vantage Rooftop Lounge and Observatory one of the premier destinations in Springfield.
